Chrysalis is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi podcast produced by DUST that follows a hyper-intelligent A.I. in its quest for intergalactic vengeance.

As a film studio, DUST wanted an activation that could appeal to its audience of sci-fi film lovers and sit comfortably alongside their existing library. Our solution was to make a truly epic trailer that we could promote to DUST’s 2.5 million fans on YouTube. We wrote the trailer script, designed the logo, and partnered with 3D artist Kelly Bolton to create a design that could visually bridge the gap between man and machine, while simultaneously communicating the intergalactic scale of the story.

The trailer amassed an impressive 148,000 views, making it the most viewed podcast trailer on YouTube to date.
